From jacking and acid influences to breaks, hardcore rhythms and euphoric rave, Lawrence Lee's style and technique, in its futuristic ebb, channels an emotive approach to activate the dancefloor. A bombardier behind the controls, and not bound by genre, Lee’s use of steam rolling subs, far flung percussion and stripped down drum trax always hit home with a hypnus flow.

As a resident and co-founder of the LUSH club night at Panorama Bar, his time in Berlin has seen Lee emerge as a resident on fire and in effect. Moving to the capital in 2017 via New York, he’s since established his own A7A Records, and fashioned stand-out releases with the Radiant Love label, Steel City Dance Discs and E-Missions along the way.

Heading up a slew of select DJ sets with Freddy K in New York, Volvox in Milano to Bill Kouligas and Miley Serious in Paris, Lee’s sound & signature is defined by a twist of Berlin, Detroit, Chicago and Big Apple flair. Dropping diehard sonics at genre-defining clubs like Tresor, RADION, Macadam, Robert Johnson or TAG Chengdu, Lee is a stand out entity within the new scene of emerging talent out of the Techno city.

Broadcasting a frenzied array of rave and techno architecture for his Rinse FM monthly too, Lee’s shows have included guest mixes with DJ Spit, Luz1e and DJ Genderfluid, to False Witness and Lenson.
